{"id":19564,"date":"2025-04-02T17:08:37","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T15:08:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infarma.es\/?p=19564"},"modified":"2025-04-02T17:08:38","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T15:08:38","slug":"farmatrends-2025-revela-las-claves-del-futuro-profesional-en-el-sector-farmaceutico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infarma.es\/ca\/farmatrends-2025-revela-las-claves-del-futuro-profesional-en-el-sector-farmaceutico\/","title":{"rendered":"Farmatrends 2025 revela las claves del futuro profesional en el sector farmac\u00e9utico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>M\u00e1s del 60 % de los reci\u00e9n graduados se plantea emprender como titular, seg\u00fan el estudio impulsado por Farmaconsulting y FEEF<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del congreso INFARMA, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.farmaconsulting.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Farmaconsulting<\/a><\/strong> y la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Estudiantes de Farmacia (FEEF) han firmado un nuevo acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n para los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os, con el objetivo de seguir desarrollando iniciativas que acompa\u00f1en a las nuevas generaciones de farmac\u00e9uticos en su desarrollo profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruto de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, la segunda edici\u00f3n del estudio Farmatrends 2025 ofrece una visi\u00f3n completa de las tendencias laborales en el \u00e1mbito farmac\u00e9utico. A trav\u00e9s de una muestra diversa que incluye estudiantes, reci\u00e9n graduados y profesionales con experiencia, el estudio recoge opiniones sobre expectativas, prioridades y desaf\u00edos de quienes ya est\u00e1n en el mercado laboral o se preparan para dar el salto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los resultados m\u00e1s destacados, un 67% de los perfiles m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes se plantea emprender como titular en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, lo que supone un crecimiento de casi el 8% frente al a\u00f1o anterior. La industria farmac\u00e9utica y la oficina de farmacia siguen siendo las salidas m\u00e1s valoradas, mientras que aspectos como el ambiente laboral, el desarrollo profesional y el impacto social del trabajo aparecen como factores decisivos a la hora de elegir camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su valor informativo, Farmatrends ha tenido tambi\u00e9n un impacto social. Gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n con Farmamundi, cada participaci\u00f3n en la encuesta se tradujo en una donaci\u00f3n destinada a apoyar a los afectados por la DANA, mostrando que el compromiso con el futuro del sector puede ir acompa\u00f1ado de acciones solidarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del estudio: un compromiso continuado con los futuros profesionales<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Farmatrends forma parte de un prop\u00f3sito conjunto de FEEF y <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.farmaconsulting.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Farmaconsulting<\/a><\/strong> para dar voz a quienes se preparan para liderar el sector en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Iniciativas como Farmasalidas II impulsada por la AVEF (Asociaci\u00f3n Valenciana de Estudiantes de Farmacia), que se celebrar\u00e1 en Alicante (Hotel ACHM (Hotels by Marriot) los d\u00edas 10 y 11 de abril, o la segunda edici\u00f3n de Kardia Conference \u201cDe estudiante a titular: emprender en farmacia\u201d, prevista para mayo, son algunos de los espacios en los que se sigue generando di\u00e1logo, orientaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta l\u00ednea de trabajo, se refuerza una apuesta clara: dar voz a los estudiantes, conocer sus inquietudes y ayudarles a
