Por ello, es importante prepararse para las diferentes variables de gesti\u00f3n: circunstancias relacionadas con las ventas, contratos de arrendamiento, compras, stock, personal, horarios, tr\u00e1mites\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El stock en la transmisi\u00f3n de una farmacia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy queremos llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre la&nbsp;<strong>gesti\u00f3n del stock<\/strong>. Pong\u00e1monos en la posici\u00f3n de quien est\u00e1 tomando la decisi\u00f3n de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.farmaconsulting.es\/comprar-farmacia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compra de una farmacia<\/a>.&nbsp;<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 cuestiones valorar\u00e1 m\u00e1s respecto a la gesti\u00f3n de existencias de la botica que le interesa comprar?<\/strong>&nbsp;En primer lugar, querr\u00e1 contener el importe que ha de invertir en este cap\u00edtulo dentro del importe total de la inversi\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 que afrontar. Pero a su vez, necesitar\u00e1 asegurar que el importe y la composici\u00f3n del stock que va a adquirir ser\u00e1 suficiente para no dar faltas que puedan da\u00f1ar la imagen y el adecuado funcionamiento de la farmacia a partir del momento en que se ponga al frente de ella como titular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rotaci\u00f3n, obsolescencia y caducidad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un comprador se sentir\u00e1 especialmente confortable si observa que hay pocas referencias de baja rotaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>y adem\u00e1s su nivel de stock est\u00e1 ajustado a esa circunstancia. Tambi\u00e9n querr\u00e1 ver que no va a encontrar en los lineales y cajoneras productos obsoletos o deteriorados. Y donde probablemente pondr\u00e1 especial atenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 en prever que no compra producto caducado, imposible de dispensar, o que la caducidad sea tan pr\u00f3xima que no permita su salida antes de que se cumpla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gestionando estos aspectos con la suficiente antelaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>evitaremos sorpresas en el resultado del inventario<\/strong>&nbsp;a realizar antes de la transmisi\u00f3n.
