{"id":7561,"date":"2022-03-11T11:34:09","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T10:34:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infarma.es\/?p=7561"},"modified":"2024-09-30T17:39:12","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T15:39:12","slug":"cofm-servicios-31-ensenara-estrategias-de-neuromarketing-farmaceutico-en-infarma-madrid-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infarma.es\/en\/cofm-servicios-31-ensenara-estrategias-de-neuromarketing-farmaceutico-en-infarma-madrid-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"COFM Servicios 31 ense\u00f1ar\u00e1 estrategias de neuromarketing farmac\u00e9utico                                   en Infarma Madrid 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En su Aula de Formaci\u00f3n los visitantes aprender\u00e1n c\u00f3mo posicionarse en la mente del paciente, conectar con sus necesidades, fidelizarlo y que recomiende la labor asistencial de su oficina de farmacia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Madrid, 11 de marzo.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofmservicios31.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COFM Servicios 31<\/a> estar\u00e1 presente en Infarma Madrid 2022 con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofmservicios31.es\/infarma-madrid-2022\/aula-de-formacion-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>programa formativo de su Aula de Formaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> reforzado, donde los asistentes aprender\u00e1n las nuevas estrategias que est\u00e1n funcionando para aumentar y fidelizar pacientes\/clientes y mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de la farmacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, destaca la conferencia sobre <strong>\u201cEstrategias de neuromarketing farmac\u00e9utico que funcionan\u201d,<\/strong> <strong>el mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de marzo a las 12:00 en el stand 5B11,<\/strong> <strong>del pabell\u00f3n 5, <\/strong>de la mano de Fabiola Garmendia, farmac\u00e9utica y consultora especializada en estrategias de marketing para farmacias de FarmaPad, que explicar\u00e1 \u201cc\u00f3mo posicionarnos en la mente del paciente\/cliente para que nos recuerde, vuelva, recomiende, lo cual mantiene y aumenta la rentabilidad; c\u00f3mo sorprender dando soluciones a necesidades que no esperaba encontrar en la farmacia; transmitir nuestro mensaje a trav\u00e9s de peque\u00f1os detalles y sensaciones, y diferenciarnos de la competencia\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garmendia destaca que cada farmacia es \u00fanica, por eso el trabajo debe ser cien por cien personalizado. \u201cA partir de ah\u00ed, habr\u00eda que comenzar por <strong>conocer al cliente habitual<\/strong>, qu\u00e9 necesidades tiene y <strong>qu\u00e9 productos y servicios necesita<\/strong>. Posteriormente, establecer objetivos y estrategias para conectar con sus necesidades y <strong>crear experiencias que hagan que tome la decisi\u00f3n de compra<\/strong>. Es entonces cuando habremos logrado posicionarnos en su mente con el mensaje de la farmacia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Errores que no debemos cometer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garmendia destaca, en su experiencia como farmac\u00e9utica, que hay determinados factores que solemos repetir en la botica sobre los que hay que incidir para lograr mejorar. Entre ellos, la falta de tiempo que, con frecuencia, \u201cevita que <strong>cuidemos los<\/strong> <strong>detalles<\/strong> en la zona de exposici\u00f3n, mostrador y escaparates. <strong>Lo que se ve, lo que se escucha, huele, se siente al entrar y estar en la farmacia<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, no ponernos en los zapatos del cliente no nos deja ver qu\u00e9 necesidades podemos solventar y c\u00f3mo le podemos sorprender. \u201cTener claro qu\u00e9 mensaje queremos dar como farmacia, que haya una misi\u00f3n definida m\u00e1s que la de dispensar,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">una visi\u00f3n y unos valores precisos son pilares claros en cualquier empresa y todo el equipo debe estar alineado con ellos\u201d, se\u00f1ala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro factor a tener en cuenta es que \u201cla falta de un sistema de trabajo, donde est\u00e9n claros los roles y tareas de cada miembro del equipo, ocasiona falta de implicaci\u00f3n en las tareas extras para la innovaci\u00f3n y el crecimiento. Es decir, la atenci\u00f3n est\u00e1 centrada en las tareas b\u00e1sicas del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, lo que no da lugar a lo nuevo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con estas estrategias los asistentes a la charla podr\u00e1n aprender c\u00f3mo desde la simplicidad \u201cse pueden <strong>crear experiencias<\/strong> que hagan que nuestros pacientes\/clientes nos recuerden, vuelvan y recomienden tu labor asistencial.
